To provide an accurate quote, we need the full address of the property, the approximate age and type of property, the agreed purchase price (or approximate value), and the type of survey you are looking for. If you are not sure which survey you need, just tell us about the property and we will recommend the right option for you.
Absolutely. Use the contact form to request a callback and one of our qualified surveyors will be in touch. We actively encourage a brief conversation before booking — it helps us understand your needs and ensure we provide exactly the right service for your property.
Once you accept your quote, we will issue an invoice and ask for payment before the inspection date. We accept bank transfer and all major credit/debit cards. The fee quoted is always fixed — there are no hidden extras.
